OUR SERVICES

Pre-Purchase Inspections

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive process where all of the items within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation.

Our comprehensive home inspection includes visual evaluation of nearly 400 items checking the condition and operation of the components.

New Construction Inspections

There are three types of inspections associated with new construction homes. They are pre-drywall, final and 11 month inspections.  At the least it is recommended to have a pre-drywall and final.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Just like a regular inspection, a pre-listing inspection will take a non-intrusive view at all of your home's systems— heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, structure, roofing among others and deliver you a detailed report.

11 Month Warranty Inspections

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components.

Mold/Air Quality Inspections

Water stains, visible mold, musty odors or allergy sufferers are all reasons for testing. We have teamed up with a local lab to provide fast and accurate analysis of the air quality in your home. You will get a detailed report showing types and amounts of all molds present.

Radon Inspections

Radon is a cancer-causing natural radioactive gas that you can't see, smell or taste. Its presence in your home can pose a danger to your family's health.

Thermal Scans

Thermal imaging in home inspections can help an inspector detect items not visible to the eye. Although you can't see through walls thermal scans can detect a surface temperature variation for moisture intrusion, loose HVAC ducts, over heated outlets and breakers along with other construction defect.

Pool & Spa Inspections

A pools & spas are a great addition to any house as long as they are working and maintained. Safety is the number one concern with pools. We check that all equipment are properly grounded and proper fencing is installed. We also inspect for any visible signs of leaks and check for functionality of the filtration system and its components.

Drone Services

Drone inspections help inspectors avoid having to place themselves in dangerous situations. Also we preform flyover videos for buyers to get an overhead view of the property and for agents to use with their listings.
